Lorraine completed her qualification as an adult nurse in 2010, following several years of service on an acute medical ward with a focus on Haematology. This foundation provided her with significant expertise and insight into complex medical care.
Ten years ago, Lorraine made the transition back into the care sector, where she has since developed a broad and deep understanding of community-based care. Her time working in this environment inspired her with a strong determination to effect positive change within the care industry.
Driven by her passion for making a real difference, Lorraine established ADL Care LTD. She remains dedicated to building a thriving home care business alongside her lifelong friend, Jayne, aiming to deliver the highest quality care to those in need.
Jayne Coe
CEO & Co- Founder
Jayne started her career in care 12 years ago when looking after 2 brothers in their 90's, quickly realising she brought happiness to their life's, decided her life long vocation was in the care sector. Whilst caring for many people, completed her NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care in 2017 and then her NVQ 5 in Management for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services in 2020. She has gained huge experience and knowledge within the care sector and decided it was time to start up a domiciliary care agency of the highest standard with lifelong friend Lorraine.
Meet the Team
Dounia Glanville
Recruitment Executive
Dounia possesses extensive professional experience, having served as a Receptionist and Manager Assistant in North Africa/Morocco, and later as a Sales Assistant, Team Leader, and Senior Care Worker in England.
In recent years, Dounia has undertaken multiple fulfilling roles within a care organisation. She joined ADL Care in Bognor Regis in 2022, initially working as a Care and Support Worker where she demonstrated commendable dedication to assisting others. Her capacity to develop effective relationships and make positive contributions to clients was broadly acknowledged.
Drawing on her practical expertise and understanding of client and staff requirements, Dounia soon transitioned to administrative responsibilities and discovered a particular interest in recruitment. She advanced to the position of Recruitment Manager, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of care services by effectively bridging fieldwork with office administration. Her first hand experience provided valuable perspectives that ensured consistently high-quality care for clients and robust support for staff members.
Harriette Neville-Jones
Senior Carer
Harriette started her career in care in 2019, quickly realising she brought happiness to the people she cared for and getting great job satisfaction, wanted to further her knowledge in the care sector and help make more of a difference to peoples lives. Harriette is passionate about the people she cares for, with a sensitive eye for detail with each individual and having a calm nature, would like to further her knowledge within care. ADL Care had the position of Senior Carer and Harriette fits the criteria beautifully. Harriette has now gained her NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
Nicolette otto
Senior Carer
Nikki use to care for a dear friend for 12 years and saw her every weekend, spend quality time with her, whether it be putting the world to rights, playing cards, going on trips or shopping until unfortunately she had to go into a care home, but Nikki still goes and visits. This inspired Nikki's journey into a caring role. During covid Nikki wanted to help individuals to stay in their own homes and enjoy their lives to the best of their abilities.
In July 2022 Nikki started care in the community with ADL Care. Nikki promotes independence and wellbeing and finds it such a for filling role that she gets so much pleasure from and enjoys all the stories she's told from the customers..
Nikki was promoted to Senior carer in August 2025 and really enjoys the diversity of this job role.
